Sauti za Busara features live music that is diverse, original, and rich in African identity, culture, energy, and excitement. It places special emphasis on showcasing women artists, young talents, and emerging musicians from across the African continent and the diaspora.

Artists performing original music with a strong African identity are strongly encouraged to apply!

The deadline to submit complete artist applications is 31 July 2025 (midnight EAT).

ACCES 2025

The 2025 edition of the Music In Africa Conference for Collaborations, Exchange and Showcases (ACCES) will take place in the City of Tshwane, South Africa, from 30 October to 1 November. Join over 1000 delegates from more than 45 countries for one of Africa’s leading music trade events.

Established by the Music In Africa Foundation (MIAF) in 2017, ACCES is a pan-African platform designed to support the development of the music industry across the continent. The event rotates annually to different cities, offering a dynamic programme that includes: a two-day conference, a two-day showcase festival, industry exhibitions, policy seminars, music industry awards, masterclasses, songwriting camps and workshops.
