The Busara Plus Stage returns to Fumba Town for its fourth edition, continuing its steady rise as one of the festival’s most vibrant and inclusive daytime highlights, a beloved cultural moment, deeply rooted in community and creativity.
Located just 20 minutes from Stone Town, Fumba Town a dynamic eco-city, and Busara Plus remains a key platform for showcasing this transformation through music, performance, and shared experience.
As Fumba Town continues to grow, Busara stays at the forefront creating space for bold artistic expression and offering both locals and visitors a front-row seat to the town’s evolution. Regular live music showcases at the Kwetu Kwenu Community Market set the pace throughout the year, and during festival weekend, the special Busara Plus edition once again expands the festival from three to four stages.
This year’s Busara Plus stays true to its spirit, featuring four standout acts, DJ Yusuf, Pilani Bubu, Abdel Grooz, and Magoma Moto Theatre Group each bringing a distinct sound and performance style that blends tradition with contemporary expression, echoing the creative energy of Fumba Town.
