Cashless System for Sauti za Busara

Why Cashless?

Cashless systems help with a seamless and worry-free festival experience. It helps to avoid long queues at the bar and having to worry about the safety of your cash in your pockets, as now all is stored on your digital wallet – less hustle and more time to focus on exploring the music, dancing and enjoying with your friends!

How does it work?

Together with your festival wristband, you get a chip (3-Day Tickets) or a card (1-Day Tickets), that you can top-up at the top-up stations inside the festival with cash, card or mobile money.

When purchasing a drink or food item, the vendor shows you the total value, if ok, you scan your chip and the money is being deducted, then you will receive your goods! If you want to know your balance, you just tap at any vendor point. There is an activation fee of 1,500 THS (0,6$), which will be deducted from your first top-up.

How do I get my balance back?

You can get a refund of the remaining balance (min. 5,000 TSH) at the top-up stations at any time during the festival. After the festival you can meet us on Monday the 12th February until 4pm at the ticket counter of the Old Fort. You can also choose to donate the remaining balance to Busara Promotions, the NGO that organizes the Sauti za Busara Festival.

Here again the most important info:
