Terms & Conditions Hotel Bookings
Our partner hotels grants a limited quantity/number of vouchers to Busara Promotions for sale on this website. All proceeds will be donated to the Sauti za Busara Festival.
Guests are subject to all hotel rules and regulations.
Upon booking and full payment, we will submit your name to the hotel and convert the voucher into your own hotel registration.
Any concerns or requests during the booking period should be directed to [email protected].
Any issues or requests made during your stay will be addressed by the hotel, and Busara will bear no further obligation.
Cancellation Policy
Online purchases include a 5% non-returnable administration fee.
Until 31 December 2024, refunds are 90% of balance after deducting administration fee.
Until 15 January 2025, refunds are 40% of balance after deducting administration fee.
From 15 th January 2025 no refunds are payable.
